Lien portfolio management software

Lien portfolio management software for medical entities

For personal injury medical liens held by the provider.

When a medical entity holds its own liens, the portfolio is an operating asset. ProviderLIENQ+ is the PatientLIENQ application for managing it.

Open A/R

Open A/R is the operating view of the portfolio.

Active lien accounts, outstanding balances, workflow status, reduction activity, and portfolio-level follow-up, with less manual tracking.

Portfolio Metrics add the measures a lien-holding provider needs to run the portfolio rather than just report on it: gross revenue, collections, A/R aging, visit charge, time to close, new patients by intake source, active patients, initial visits, and reduction percentage.

What the portfolio view must show

Aging, payments, reductions, and who owns the next step.

Aging

Open A/R aging measured the same way across every location, so the oldest accounts and the slowest cases are visible without a spreadsheet exercise.

Payments and payoff

Outstanding balances, requested and countered payoffs, and collections, tied to the account and the law firm relationship instead of an email thread.

Reductions

Review Reduction Request shows the requested payoff and lets the provider accept, counter with a note, or decline, keeping the next step visible to both sides.

Law firm relationships

Medical entities managing their own liens maintain direct relationships with law firms. The firm sees treatment progression and sends reduction requests through AttorneyLIENQ; the provider responds in ProviderLIENQ+.

Workflow ownership

Actionables turn scheduling, Authorizations, missing records, review items, bills, reductions, new patients, and follow-up into action queues with an owner.

Financial resolution

Ledgers, forms, lien related records, and customer-facing documentation for the account, from first visit to resolution.

Reductions + Patient Financials

ProviderLIENQ+ Review Reduction Request with requested payoff, counter, and countered payoff
Manage the financial story. Review reduction requests and see billed charges, payments, open balances, records, bills, and visit documentation together in the patient account.

Actionables + PatientCards

ProviderLIENQ+ Actionables: Authorizations, missing records, review updates, and total Actionables above PatientCards with next-step pills
Know what needs attention. Surface work across your portfolio and keep patient activity, status, financial context, and next steps together.

Imaging Liens module

Imaging liens in the same portfolio.

+$150/month

For medical entities with their own Imaging relationships or contracts, ProviderLIENQ+ can include Imaging Liens in the lien portfolio, presenting Imaging-related liens alongside provider owned liens and giving law firms a more complete view.

PatientLIENQ does not provide, arrange, or manage Imaging contracts.

Pricing

Priced by active lien-holding clinic location.

Not prior funded volume. Not collections success. Not how well your lien portfolio performs.

Enterprise pricing may apply when:

  • 6 or more active lien-holding clinic locations
  • Facility based lien management, including surgical center liens
  • A complex multi-entity structure is involved
  • Large A/R migration is required
  • Custom workflows or unusual support needs apply

Common questions

Common questions about lien portfolio management.

Is this for tax, property, or construction liens?

No. ProviderLIENQ+ manages personal injury medical liens held by medical entities. PatientLIENQ does not serve other lien categories.

How do we move a portfolio out of spreadsheets?

Activation includes one standard CSV upload along with account activation, first admin setup, and settings review. Large A/R migrations route to ProviderLIENQ+ Enterprise, where implementation support is scoped to the portfolio.

Can we see the portfolio across several clinic locations?

Yes. Pricing is per active lien-holding clinic location, and the portfolio view spans the locations in your account. Six or more locations are handled through Enterprise pricing.

What does the law firm see about our portfolio?

Only the information for its clients and configured relationships, such as treatment progression and reduction requests. PatientLIENQ maintains tenant-level separation, so your portfolio activity and business information stay inside your organization.

How is billing handled?

ProviderLIENQ+ uses Stripe-powered billing with monthly or annual prepaid options. The Activation Fee is waived for eligible Founding Customer Program customers; eligibility is determined by PatientLIENQ.
